Why Estate Plan Maintenance Matters
Even a well-drafted estate plan can become less effective over time if it is not reviewed and maintained. New accounts may never be retitled. Beneficiary designations may become outdated. Trustees, agents, or guardians may need to be changed. Children become adults. Marriages, divorces, relocations, inheritances, and business interests can all affect how well your plan works when your family needs it most.
Our Legacy Vault Program helps reduce those risks by giving clients a clear path for ongoing maintenance, review, and support.
Who This Program Is For
The Legacy Vault Program is a strong fit for clients who want an ongoing relationship with their estate planning law firm, especially those with trust-based plans, growing or changing assets, or a desire to keep their planning current without starting from scratch each time life changes.
